About Helping Hands Health Network
Helping Hands provides a valuable alternative to institutional care for you or your loved one who opt to receive medical care and assistance in the comfort of your own home. We fully support our patients and their families during this time of need.
We are locally owned and operated and we are honored to serve our neighbors. We invest in our team's training and support so that they can provide the highest quality care to our patients. We strive to be the Home Health or Hospice Care company you choose through our actions that demonstrate hope, care, reliability, continuous improvement, and patient enablement.
Most companies focus on Home Health or Hospice. At Helping Hands, we provide both of these services. We truly believe in the Continuum of Care that we are able to provide to our patients and their families. We take a holistic approach to ensure that all of your needs are being met, and we look forward to having an even bigger impact on our community and on the lives of those who we serve. Our dedicated team of Doctors, Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Wound Specialists, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Social Workers, and Spiritual Counselors are here to provide you with the health care you need in the comfort of your own home.
